Who can reserve a pie?

Our past clients: anyone who bought or sold a home with Designed Realty. One complimentary pie per past client.

I already filled out the form. Do I need to do it again?

No. If you have already filled out the form, you're all set and we already have you registered. Please don't submit it again.

When do I need to reserve by?

By 11:59 PM on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Pies cannot be guaranteed for reservations after this date.

Which flavors are available?

Pumpkin, Apple, and Cherry.

How do I get my pie?

Pick it up at our Kirkland office on the date you choose: Tuesday, November 24 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or Wednesday, November 25 from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We are at 105 Central Way #202. Door Code #2151, Second Floor.

I'm an agent. How does this work?

Each of your past clients who closed with Designed Realty will receive an email to reserve their own pie. You can also reserve pies to hand deliver yourself, using the agent form above. Past clients only: current clients, active leads and prospects do not qualify.
